Maximum loss (to date), often also referred to as “maximum drawdown”, represents the maximum cumulative loss since the creation of a wikifolio. In simplified terms, the value is calculated as follows: (Price low point x 100 / previously reached peak price) – 100. This value is recalculated once a day.

The HPS Selector analysis tool will be able to actively search for risks, bearing in mind that risks match opportunities in their extent.

The conventional linear approaches and psychological erroneous decisions are to be avoided by the HPS Selector analysis. The risk limitation can be effected in the portfolio by means of weighting and equities quota control.

Depending on the fluctuation range, the portfolio can be adjusted several times a year.

The fluctuation range of the portfolio should be similar to the equity market. However, the portfolio should build up outperformance in strong downward or upward phases.
